I’m glad to hear you’ve found a positive way to deal with perfectionism, it sounds like you’re managing it really well. I’ve heard it is often a way that perfectionists try and cope with their recovery ‘I’m going to be perfect at not being a perfectionist!’ Which can often lead them straight back into bad cycles. It is good that you’re moving forward in a healthy way, and I absolutely can’t recommend teaching enough! I think you’ll love it!
